Cardcaptors - G

Review:

This series is a great mixture between romance, drama, and action. The main character's name is Sakura Avalon and she's a 4th grader. Now, I think that it's slightly odd that she's in 4th grade because a lot of the things that she does makes her appear to be more of an 8th or 9th grader. Anyway, the premise of this show is that Sakura finds a book in her father's study one day, and decides to open it. The minute that she does, a bunch of mysterious cards come flying out of the book, and also a furry little guy named Kero. Kero is Sakura's guide throughout her adventure to recapture all of the cards. All in all it's a very heartwarming series (because of the romance between Sakura, and another character named Li) as well as action packed fun. This series doesn't need to be watched in any order, and if you have to miss an episode, it's not the end of the world. I give it 2 thumbs up.

Parent's Guide:

Violence: 2/5 - Most of the fighting is done through the use of mystic cards called "Clow Cards". Nothing that is too inappropriate.

Language: 0/5 - None to speak of

**** This series is appropriate for all ages. There is nothing in this series other then the extremely mild violence that would constitute any parent to prevent their child from watching it.
