Major Differences:
    - Gardinia = Caldina in the anime
    - One very large plot twist is lacking in the manga

MKR 2 -

Major Differences from anime:
    - A number of characters...aren't in the manga.
    - The whole Debonair/Nova plot is gone
    - Mokona is focussed on much more
    - There is a sort of dimentional  "road" that is never mentioned in the anime
